2 pints <a href="http://www.bigoven.com/whatis.aspx?id=Blueberries" class="deflink">Blueberries</a>
1 whole <a href="http://www.bigoven.com/whatis.aspx?id=Cantaloupe" class="deflink">Cantaloupe</a> seeded and cubed

Wash and rinse thoroughly.  Drain in a colendar and then drain further by placing them on folded paper towel.

Put the serving dish in the freezer, and then pull it out to serve.
