Kuwait cancels $17 billion JV with Dow Chemical
    (Reuters)

 

Reuters - Kuwait on Sunday scrapped a deal to form a $17.4 billion petrochemical joint venture with U.S. firm Dow Chemical , state news agency KUNA said.
