TOKYO (Reuters) - Japan's second-largest retailer Aeon Co Ltd slashed its earnings outlook and said it may post its first annual net loss in seven years, hit by flagging sales, a writedown at U.S. unit Talbots and accounting changes.<div class="feedflare">
