Man allegedly caused flats with nails in driveways

AP - A 60-year-old man has been causing flat tires for two years by tossing roofing nails onto the driveways of people he didn't like, police said Thursday. Michael Delisio, of West Haverstraw, has been charged with harassment, criminal tampering and mischief, said Stony Point police Lt. Peter Quinn.
