World Bank bars deals with unit of India's Wipro

AP - A business unit of Wipro Ltd. has been blacklisted by the World Bank until 2011, the lender said Monday, embroiling another top Indian outsourcing company in controversy after the founder of rival Satyam Computers admitted to doctoring his company's accounts for years.
