WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President-elect Barack Obama will issue an executive order, probably within his first week in office, to close the prison at the U.S. Naval base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, an Obama transition adviser said on Monday.<div class="feedflare">
