WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Bank of America Corp will receive $20 billion in fresh government cash and a federal backstop against $118 billion of bad assets to help the bank absorb Merrill Lynch &amp; Co, U.S. officials said on Friday.<div class="feedflare">
