Lebanon's Shiite cleric issues Fatwa against attacking Iraqi utilities


Beirut -  Lebanon's top Shiite Muslim cleric issued a religious edict ( Fatwa)  Monday banning attacks on public utilities in Iraq, mainly the oil industry, urging Iraqis to solve their problems through dialogue.
