PHILADELPHIA/NEW YORK (Reuters) - Pfizer Inc said Monday it will acquire rival U.S. drugmaker Wyeth for $68 billion to soften the blow of losing its biggest product to generic competition, but a dividend cut and large debt financing concerned investors.<div class="feedflare">
