TOKYO (Reuters) - Nomura Holdings Inc , Japan's largest brokerage, posted a record $3.8 billion quarterly loss, hit by costs related to buying Lehman Brothers' operations, soured trades and exposure to Iceland and accused swindler Bernard Madoff.<div class="feedflare">
