NEW YORK (Reuters) - DuPont Co  posted a bigger-than-expected fourth-quarter loss on Tuesday, hurt by restructuring-related charges, a widening global recession and a slump in consumer spending, and the chemical maker lowered its 2009 earnings outlook.<div class="feedflare">
