NEW YORK (Reuters) - Wells Fargo &amp; Co  and its newly acquired Wachovia Corp posted a combined fourth-quarter loss of $13.72 billion as they set aside billions of dollars to cover soured mortgages and other bad loans.<div class="feedflare">
