NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - Excessive sensitivity apparently plays a role in cluster headaches, and blocking the hypersensitive muscle trigger points with local anesthetic may be beneficial in treating the condition, according to results published in the journal Head &amp; Face Medicine.<div class="feedflare">
