LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Biotechnology company Amylin Pharmaceuticals Inc  on Friday said it was notified of two plans to nominate directors to the company's board: one by entities associated with investor Carl Icahn and another from shareholder Black Bear Fund I.<div class="feedflare">
