Syria:  We refused to trade Lebanon polls for UN investigation


Beirut-   Syria is claiming that  it has rejected an offer to freeze a UN investigation into the assassination of former Lebanese premier Rafik Hariri in exchange for 'allowing' presidential polls in Lebanon.
