SYDNEY (Reuters) - Global miner Rio Tinto Ltd/Plc   said it had held talks to sell some assets to Chinese government-owned aluminum maker Chinalco, its biggest shareholder, reportedly to cut debt by up to $8 billion.<div class="feedflare">
