Guys i got reason for dat bug in windows..... here it goes

Try it with any words which have sequence of 4 3 3 5 characters, you will get that. Try typing Dino hid the facts

The error is most probably because Notepad misinterprets the encoding of the file when it is re-opened. If the file is originally saved as "Unicode" rather than "ANSI" the text displays correctly. Older versions of Notepad such as those that came with Windows 95, 98 or ME do not include Unicode support so the error does not occur.

So while saving the file select Encoding as Unicode or anything else but NOT ANSI, the text will appear correctly

Yes, a silly bug by MS.  I've seen the same thing with "this app can break", following the simple "4 3 3 5" pattern.
"Given billions of tries, could a spilled bottle of ink ever land in the words of Shakespere?"
"The Macintosh operating system is amazingly complex, given how little it does."
