Built in 1876, the Municipal Pier in Santa Monica is one of LA’s oldest, most famous attractions.  

For years, rumors have circulated about a dark, shadowy figure wandering on the roof at night or riding the carousel horses inside the Hippodrome.  

It's one of the city's most notable ghost legends, yet very little is known about it.
