NEW YORK (Reuters) - Wells Fargo &amp; Co  shares fell on Wednesday to their lowest level in almost 12 years before recovering amid fears the fourth-largest U.S. bank could cut its dividend and post higher losses after its purchase of Wachovia.<div class="feedflare">
