Uploading Custom Avatar

I can't seem to upload a custom avatar.  When I pick one and apply it, nothing happens.  The page will load as if it is processing the changes, uploading my pic and setting it as my avatar, but I don't have one(as you can see).

Are there some specs or requirements for the avatar uploads(max file size or image size)?

If someone could help me out here, that would be nice.

Weird...  When I went to the shop, it showed my avatar in the header, but once I left that, it doesn't show up anywhere.  Not under my name, or in the header.

Only when I'm at the shop.

and now i see that 3 domain animated gif avatar under my name.  but only for this post....

OMG, and now it's not there....  can someone help me?!  I might just upload it and link....

never mind try refreshing the page
it should work that avatar displayes as a default avatar forpeople who dont have one
Mabe the site is still cached

ye check the other avatars size + try hosting the image on You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login then use the url its much faster

well as for me in my username i can change the avatar without probelms what browser r u using

I'm using IE7.  But I guess topic solved cus I just uploaded it to my server and then linked.
