Dairy-Free Recipes: Pumpkin Tart With Pecan Crust | Submitted By: Jen
     

A fabulous vegan dessert. Rolled oats, whole wheat flour, maple syrup and pecans become the crust. And while the filling has the usual pumpkin niceties  - cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves  - soy milk is substituted for whole ...and it works.
