4 slices Monterey jack cheese
  Pickles
  Sprouts

Use your hands to mix burger ingredients together lightly.  DO NOT OVERMIX.

Using a tupperware lid, shape burgers into patties, no more than 3/4 inches thick.  Place in freezer for at least 40 minutes; this helps keep the burger together during cooking.

Preheat grill to medium hot heat.  Oil grill and place chilled burgers on it.  They cook quickly, so turn after 3-4 minutes.  Cook on each side for a total of 4 minutes.  Place cheese on burgers, cover grill to melt.  Serve with traditional burger toppings.

Drizzle some olive oil (careful of flames!) on the burger 1 minute before serving.  <p>Rate this recipe for You are not allowed to view links.
