Uzbeks, Turkmens agree to NATO Afghan transit

Reuters - Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan have both agreed to allow NATO non-military cargo to transit through their territories en route to Afghanistan, Russia's Interfax news agency reported on Wednesday.
