NEW YORK (Reuters) - Stock index futures cut losses further on Thursday following reports on weekly jobless claims and fourth-quarter productivity, but a warning from General Motors  of substantial doubts about its ability to continue as a going concern weighed on sentiment.<div class="feedflare">
