BANGALORE (Reuters) - IBM is in talks to buy Sun Microsystems Inc for at least $6.5 billion, the Wall Street Journal reported, in a deal that could bolster IBM's computer server products against rivals such as Hewlett-Packard Co.<div class="feedflare">
