NEW YORK (Reuters) - Discover Financial Services , the fourth-largest U.S. credit card network, posted a deeper-than-expected quarterly operating losses on Thursday, cut its dividend and set aside more money to cover bad loans as credit defaults mounted.<div class="feedflare">
