NEW YORK (Reuters) - Tiffany &amp; Co  posted a lower quarterly profit on Monday, but trumped Wall Street's expectations, as the upscale jeweler kept a tight lid on costs to combat sharply lower sales, sending its shares up 13.1 percent.<div class="feedflare">
