BOSTON (Reuters) - Moody's Investor Service cut General Electric Co's  top-tier credit rating by two notches -- deeper than rival Standard &amp; Poor's downgrade -- and said its outlook on the biggest U.S. conglomerate is now stable.<div class="feedflare">
