TOKYO (Reuters) - Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group Inc  is likely to take a 60 percent interest in the venture it is forming with Morgan Stanley  to merge their brokerage subsidiaries in Japan, the Nikkei business daily said on Wednesday.<div class="feedflare">
