'Fake Justice' accused of performing weddings

AP - Officials said a man passed himself off as an elected Justice of the Peace and performed several weddings whose legality are now in doubt. Sheriff's spokesman Dwight D'Evelyn said deputies arrested the 41-year-old man on Tuesday and he was being held in jail pending a court appearance Wednesday.
