Stop a user from changing Start Menu

This can be considered a security tip. If you want to restrict modifications to Start menu, do the following:In regedit, navigate to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer] and look for key "NoChangeStartMenu". Set its value to 1 to enable it to stop users from changing the Start Menu.
