Error on trying to upload photos via Media Manager on Joomla

Hi everyone

I'm wondering whether can someone would help me. I tried to upload 2 images via Media Manager on my website using Joomla version 1.5.23 and I find this error

JFile::read: Unable to open file: ''
Warning: Failed to move file!
Error. Unable to upload file.

Both photos are on jpg format. Both have same size width 482px x height 361px aswel each picture has 59.9KB and 104KB

Upload Maximum Size is 10000000B on my Joomla site

I attempt many many solution but can't get rid of this error

Anyone will help me would be much appreciated
