Todays topic is going to be about SEO. Being that this is such a huge topic and that there is so much to cover I will be doing it in parts First I would like to say that doing things the traditional way, the way that the search engines like it. There is always this new craze, this new fad that comes out that will build you websites,You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login, and send you to the top of the list. But here's the thing, if everybody has the same, or very similar web content; yes that includes the template and colors, then that sets off a red flag for the search engines. It won't be long before Google sends out the red flag elite group and starts shutting them down, and kicking them off the search engine. Then soon all the other search engines will follow suit. Copying by the thousands never fly long.
The people that stay away from the fad and do what Google asks are the ones that come out on top in the long run. While the guy that takes the short cut, uses the tricks to cheat the search engines, loses, all his efforts are gone with-in three months.

Following what the search engines want, means substance. Fresh, quality content! That's not too hard, because they are always looking for relevant content in order to take out the trash. Quality puts you at the top, puts in into the information highway for years and years to come.
When it comes to a webmaster, some of them try to be a jack of all trades, and a master of none. That's why it is important to focus on the easy things, let everything else come around.
Every market is profitable, it doesn't matter what it is. So picking the market that you want to get into is important. It should be one that you are comfortable with, something that you enjoy to do or study. Being passionate about something that you like is going to allow you to explore deeper levels and broaden your horizons to areas that you never thought existed before. So that way on the next site, expanding your horizons will be that much easier.
Keyword research is essential - it is the backbone of your company, your website. Instead of starting with a few keywords; I recommend several hundred. But, don't worry; it's not what you think. Take note, I have yet to mention any tools, now on the other hand if you like to spend your spare time analyzing page data then by all means do what you do. On the other hand I would rather have a formula that works, and constantly keep creating content that works and build my way up to success.
