There is many things I,avoid because my life experiences guide me in other directions. To name a few, people who smoke, drink excessively, unchecked drug intake, and the ones that refuse to take 100% response-ability for their current life tribulations. I, myself like many others have been down some nasty roads that have left me abandoned, with no hope of a "normal" life. Am I,healed,I doubt it, but I, do not bath in self pity. In order to understand myself I, look at a given situation perhaps with a no nonsense approach. Once I, have collected my garbage I take it out to the bin, and toss it in. White & Black, is there a gray area, and if there is, what purpose does it serve ?  An example of what I, mean is if a musician is playing a solo piece and he, or she is off key it doesn't sound right. It's the musician's fault, and they must take the response-ability in order to make the correction. For many years I, thought that I, could help others see what I, see with a different perspective in order to help them believe that their is hope, and they can move on. With many encounters in my life I, have learned this: If the other person will not accept response-ability for their present condition, they are refusing to heal themselves. Which puts them in a manipulative state of mind, and unchecked they tend blame others constantly. Anyways I, thank you for being the coach, and providing a platform for sounding off.
