Hemorrhoids and Lasers
So why does exorbitant alcohol consumption cause or make hemorrhoids much worse?  Alcohol tends to dehydrate the body, has a diuretic action,You are not allowed to view links. Postponing a bowel movement and holding faecal matter too long in the lower colon causes pressure to build up in the colon veins.  A haemorrhoid is an enlarged vein in the anus, also called a varicose vein.  In a healthy individual, the tissue round the anus fills with blood to regulate stool movements.  However , when there's constant pressure or other things restricting blood flow, the veins become inflamed.

External piles are uncomfortable with itching.  Blood may appear on toilet roll during bowel movements.Internal piles show anal bleeding and intense pain.  Internal piles often protrude and clot.  The presence of mucus and blood is also a sign.
Eating excessive packaged foods, which are low in fiber and move slowly thru your colon.  Hemorrhoids were not as common one hundred years back when the Western diet was much higher in fiber.  The rates of hemorrhoids increases in countries where the diet becomes more westernised,You are not allowed to view links. piles were principally seen in the over 50's, but with the increase in drinking culture amongst younger people the age is coming down.  They're getting even younger.
Also pregnant women experience increased stress on these veins and this may cause and worsen haemorrhoids.
Stress put on the liver will make a contribution to hemorrhoids.  The link between poor liver function and hemorrhoids is widely known in medical circles.

If a strain is put on the liver from unsatisfactory diet, excessive drinking or cirrhosis, blood flow to the liver will increase to help deal with this and this increases blood pressure to the veins in the anus, thus making the hemorrhoids worse.  Frankly this is a very simplistic explanation for it is too complex to go into it here.  Alcoholics and extraordinarily heavy drinkers have a high incidence of hemorrhoids.

General body weakness, poor muscle tone in the anal area from too much drink,You are not allowed to view links. Having related all this - some people do have a predisposition to constipation or have inherited a weakness in the colon and anal sphincter area, and are thus susceptible to haemorrhoids.
