FDA says Glaxo failed to report Avandia data
      

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - GlaxoSmithKline Plc  failed to report some post-marketing data on its diabetes drug Avandia, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration said in a warning to the company released on Tuesday.
