Pfizer warns of lung cancer with inhaled insulin

Reuters - Pfizer Inc and Nektar Therapeutics
said on Wednesday clinical trials of the inhaled insulin
Exubera found increased cases of lung cancer, leading Nektar to
end talks with potential partners to market the product.
