Back in 2008 this patent was filed and adjusted in 2009. The patent has one reason for being, and that is for deflecting air flows that magically hit you in the face.<br><br>

According to the patent holder, Jerry H Biglake, air flows from the motorcycle's front wheel and than upwards via the knees of the rider, hitting you squarely in the face.<br><br>

At least, that is what he supposes. What Jerry proposes is to mount a deflector on the biker's knees that will deflect the airflow coming from the front wheels........... <br><br>
