FDA cites sanitary issues at specialty pharmacies

WASHINGTON (AP) â€" The Food and Drug Administration says it has uncovered troubling sterility problems at 30 specialty pharmacies that were inspected following a recent outbreak of meningitis caused by contaminated drugs.
