TOKYO (Reuters) - Takeda Pharmaceutical Co Ltd  said it would buy U.S. firm Millennium Pharmaceuticals Inc  for $8.8 billion to boost its cancer drug business, in the biggest overseas acquisition by a Japanese drug maker.
