How do you deal with these clingy ex's?

Well...honestly...there's only one way to break it off
with a clingy ex:

You have to cut all contact and move on with your
life.

The longer you "stay with her" (even as a friend), the
more false hope you'll give her. The more false hope you
give her, the more it will hurt when she finally sees the
truth.

Can you be friends with an ex? Yes, but only if neither
of you like each other anymore. Because if a woman still has
feelings for you, hanging out with you and seeing you with
other women will hurt her A LOT. (This is how emotional
baggage is built!)

Ask yourself this question honestly: Would you rather
your clingy ex be hurt for a short period of time...or would
you like to torment her while giving her false hope in the
long run?

Unfortunately, a lot of men would actually want the
later. They like the feeling of having a woman hopelessly
attracted to them, even if they aren't attracted to her
at all. If you're one of these guys, then just remember:
What does around, comes around!

So...next time you break up with a woman, make it
clear that you think you should stop contacting each other
for awhile.

   After the breakup...

Don't call her to see how she is doing.

Don't call her when you're feeling lonely on a
Friday night.

Don't call her to have sex.

And if she insists on calling you...then just
screen and ignore all her calls. She will eventually get
the message and stop calling.

   Yes...it's harsh...but remember, it's better
this way for the both of you in the long run!
