The radar probably realized that it was not issuing enough speeding tickets, so it changed the rules of the game.<br><br>

On a road limited to 110 kph, it started making photos of cars and motorcycles that were travelling faster than 90 kph. In other words, it had gone mad, but it was a bonanza for the government. Maybe the radar could start fining vehicles over 10 kph?.......... <br><br>
