They probably meant well. In Russia last year there were 27,991 fatal accidents, many of them because of excessive speeds. The NGO Autodvijenie decided to educate drivers to lift their right foot of the pedal.<br><br>

The way they did it was particular, but not unique. By putting two pretty ladies, topless, brandishing speed limit signs they hoped to catch the attention of car, truck and motorcycles........... <br><br>
