Using private contractors for the purchase, installation, operation and administration of radars, speed and red light, is common in countries like USA and UK. But for the first time in Spain, it is being done as well, and as usual, there are a few eyeball raising differences.<br><br>

The Spanish towns of Montgat and Mollet have hired Bibomatica to install and maintain several speed and red light cameras in their cities. Bibomatica will get as payment 30% of the proceeds of all fines issued by those cameras, in other words, they will be paid a commission........... <br><br>
