TOKYO (Reuters) - Takeda Pharmaceutical Co Ltd  said on Thursday it has agreed to buy U.S. biotechnology company Millennium Pharmaceuticals Inc  for $8.8 billion to bolster its cancer drug business, in the biggest overseas acquisition by a Japanese drugmaker.
