Spain: Increasing Maximum Speeds On Motorways

Spain has approved a new law that sees the maximum speed on their roads moved up from 120 kph to 130 kph. The new law will apply to roads that can "take" the higher speeds, ie motorways, and can only be used when the weather conditions are good (in other words, when it is not raining)........... <br><br>
