<p>In 2010, we brought you the story of Aldi Rizal, a 2-year-old Indonesian boy who picked up the horrific habit of smoking 40 cigarettes a day.  Since that story went viral, I had hoped that some form of child protective services in Aldi’s home country would react and place this child in a safer environment.
