'La Traviata' closes La Scala's Verdi bicentennial

MILAN (AP) â€" Milan opera house La Scala is concluding its bicentennial celebrations of Giuseppe Verdi's birth with Daniele Gatti conducting "La Traviata" at the gala season opener Saturday.
