HTC quietly announces Desire 400 dual-SIM with 4.3" screen

The thing is the different sites have different versions of the specs of the smartphone.

According to the Russian site the Desire 400 dual-SIM sports a 4.3&quot; display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels.  HTC's newest addition is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz...</p>
