He is the director of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration's (SAMHSA) Center for Behavioral Health Statistics and Quality in Rockville, Maryland. Delany was not part of the study team, which was led by Mir M. Ali, also from SAMHSA.</p><br clear="all"/>
